Supernovas Shut Out Belugas
The Scranton Supernovas topped the Brinkley Belugas by the score of 4-0, with the biggest share of the credit going to left fielder Ricardo Yates. Yates was 1 for 2 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch for the Supernovas on the day. Reliever Felipe Arreola picked up the win. His record improves to 1-1. David Silva took the loss. Their 14-23 record puts the Supernovas 9th in the Premier AAA.

John Willoughby put Scranton in front, 2-0, when he took David Silva downtown. His solo home run came with two out in the bottom of the third. It was his 6th home run of the season.
