Texas played host to Sacramento at the friendly confines of Bronze Sox Park.
The Texas Bronze Sox bested the Sacramento Redlegs, 11-4, at Bronze Sox Park. Joe Karnowski was named player of the game. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. The Bronze Sox, with just their 4th win so far in 2039, have yet to catch fire.
Jeff Reed, who is tied for 9th in the PAAA in extra base hits with 8, contributed to the Texas win with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the first. For the game, the center fielder had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 4 RBI.
