Buzz Need Extra Frames to Get Past Coyotes
The Salt Lake City Buzz topped the Hamilton Coyotes by the score of 8-6, with the biggest share of the credit going to center fielder Cody Jaeckel. Jaeckel went 2-3 with 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times for the Buzz on the day. Salt Lake City reliever Gunner Hines was the winner. His record is now 7-6. The losing pitcher was António Rúbio. The third-place Buzz now have a win-loss record of 53-41.

Salt Lake City used the timely hitting of Antoine Studdard to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Buzz on top, 7-6. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
