Late Rally by Voodoo Seals 6th Straight Win
The Voodoo had to overcome a good performance from Hollywood pitcher Joy-shan Men to claim a 6-3 win at The Hollywood Bowl. Men went 8 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. Grover Lowdermilk finished to wrap up his 13th save. The second-place Voodoo have won 6 straight games.

New Orleans used the timely hitting of Weston Doyle to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Voodoo on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I believe in our guys," said New Orleans skipper Chase Sims. "I like the energy they're playing with."
