Dogfish Head Deal Red Pandas 8-4 Setback

The Milton Dogfish Head knocked off the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 8-4, at Milton Corner Tavern. Lawrence O'Neal was named player of the game for Milton. He hit 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 2 runs. Milton, now 22-32, holds 11th place in the Menard's AAA.
The Red Pandas had been locked in a 4-4 tie with the Dogfish Head going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 34-year old third baseman Lorenzo Rosas came to the plate. Rosas hit a run-scoring single on a 1-1 curveball from Sioux Falls hurler Juan Ayala. It was Rosas's 28th hit of the year.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," O'Neal said after the game.
