Red Pandas Come Back Late to Clip Fighting Dachsunds
The Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds got a superb performance from pitcher Jeremy Parker, but the Sioux Falls Red Pandas still won the game, 5-4. Parker was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 5 innings allowing 1 run. Sioux Falls reliever Anderson O'Mara was the winner. His record is now 3-0. The losing pitcher was Enrique Castillo. The Red Pandas, now 9-4, have played some good baseball in the early going.

Gabrio Campoverde was the walk-off hero for Sioux Falls. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Red Pandas left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring triple to send the teams home.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Sioux Falls manager Todd England.
