The game hit a turning point in the bottom of the third inning, when the Lakers were trailing 1-0. Komotay Koffie delivered a two-out 2-run single for Echo Park, catapulting his team into the lead.
"I felt we were ready to go," said Echo Park manager Jordan Calhoun. "Our pregame was pretty good."
