Lei Triumphs in Pitcher of the Year Award Voting Friday, October 1st, 2038 Hsiao-lou Lei of the Twinsburg Tigers will be adding a new centerpiece to his mantel after being tabbed for the M3L Rookie Pitcher of the Year Award today. The 21-year-old hurler started 20 games this season, tallying a 11-5 record. In 132 innings, Lei gave up 100 hits, struck out 161, walked 19 and held opponents to a .207 average as he posted a fine 1.57 ERA. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Shigochiyo Tanaka of the Amarillo Warheads finished second in voting, while Wilson Alindogan of the Twinsburg Tigers finished third.
