Tigers Butler Lost for Year Sunday, September 5th, 2038 The season is ending on a bad note for Rob Butler, starting pitcher for the Twinsburg Tigers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Butler was hurt against the Canonniers de Quebec while throwing a pitch. He suffered a ruptured finger tendon and will be out for at least 4 months. Thus far this season, Butler has tossed 94 innings in 17 starts, fanned 85 batters, walked 20 and put up a 2.87 ERA with 8 wins and 2 losses. |
