July's Best 3R Hurler is Morín Sunday, August 1st, 2038 Ernesto Morín is the latest M3L Rookie Pitcher of the Month award winner. The Greenport starter shone on the hill repeatedly last month and finished July with a sparkling 4-0 record. In 5 starts he tossed 32 innings, posted 34 strikeouts, and put up a 1.41 ERA. Up to now Morín has recorded a record of 6-2. In 8 starts he has fanned 52 batters in 50.1 innings with a 3.04 ERA. |
