No Late-Season Magic Coming: Atlantic City Out of Playoffs Sunday, September 19th, 2038 Juan López, manager for the Atlantic City Sonics said it's a "dark day" for his club. The reason? The Sonics were officially eliminated from playoff contention earlier today. This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2035. In the last 10 seasons, the Sonics have missed the playoffs 6 times. In total, the Sonics have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 23-year history. Atlantic City has won the PL AA Championship 3 times in their history. |
