League Suspends Continentals Passell 3 Games Wednesday, August 18th, 2038 Charlie Passell is not exactly engendering good will with the men in blue these days. At least that was the case yesterday at the Chesapeake-Ft. Polk South game. He became highly abusive when he was called out on strikes. That behavior was unacceptable to league disciplinary officials and they notified the Continentals third baseman that he had been suspended for 3 games. Presently Passell is batting .218 and has collected 3 home runs, 27 RBIs, .326 OBP and scored 24 runs. |
