James Earns SAA Player of the Week Monday, September 6th, 2038 So far in his young career, Dan James has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USSL Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Biloxi Shuckers right fielder hit at a torrid .429 clip as he collected 12 hits in 28 at-bats, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 4 runs scored. This year James has socked 52 hits in 179 at-bats for a .291 average with 6 home runs. He is getting on base at a .379 pace and his totals also include 27 RBIs and 31 runs scored. |
