Hughes Wins Award for 3AA Dominance
Saturday, October 9th, 2038
Brandon Hughes said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 23 years old.

But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Billings Polar Bears rising star has won the M3L Double A Reliever of the Year Award for 2038.

He captured the award on the strength of his 1.32 ERA over 47.2 innings. He also had 29 saves in 44 relief appearances, 43 strikeouts and only 11 walks.

He received 11 first place votes out of a possible 12. Anthony Hurst of the Casper Ghosts finished second in voting, while Jesús Torres of the Ottawa Nationals finished third.
