Marquette Loses Jorge Vega for Season Saturday, September 18th, 2038 A blow for Jorge Vega today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 6 months with shoulder inflammation. Vega suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Marquette Miners are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Vega's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature.
