Vázquez's Season Could be Over Tuesday, August 31st, 2038 The season is apparently over for Roberto Vázquez. The Billings Polar Bears medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 11 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Vázquez was hurt in the game against Belvedere Park while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Thus far this season Vázquez has saved 1 games. His won-lost mark is 4 wins and 3 losses with 26 strikeouts in 53.2 innings, along with a 4.86 ERA. |
