M3L Double A Announces #1 Player Monday, July 12th, 2038 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Reginald Gibson of the Marquette Miners reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Gibson rocked opposing pitching for a .579 average (11-for-19), 1 home run and 2 RBIs to come away with the award. Posting a .386 batting average to date, Gibson has 3 home runs and 9 RBIs. |
