3AA's Top Player Named Monday, June 28th, 2038 Falco Opsteegh burst onto the M3L Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie right fielder for Richland garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 23-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .571 (12-for-21) with 3 home runs and 14 RBIs last week. So far this season Opsteegh is batting .274 with 7 home runs, 28 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He has 31 hits in 113 at-bats, 8 walks and a .325 OBP. Opsteegh has played in 28 games. |
