Ramírez Slaps 5 Hits Wednesday, September 1st, 2038 Gilberto Ramírez really sizzled at the plate in today's 15-8 win over Rocks. The Pawnee left fielder blistered Plymouth for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Ramírez was too tough to get out today," the Rocks skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Gilberto Ramírez hit a two-run home run off Jason Breary in the 2nd, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
