Haapajarvi Takes Best Bat Trophy in August Wednesday, September 1st, 2038 Even though he is a newcomer to USSL Triple A, Iiri Haapajarvi put up some good numbers in August and earned the SAAA Batter of the Month award. He was one of Memphis's offensive leaders with a .372 average in 21 games. He also racked up 8 home runs, 19 RBIs, and 26 runs scored. Thus far in 2038 Haapajarvi is hitting .293 with 23 home runs, 66 RBIs, 64 runs scored and has compiled a .348 OBP. |
