Ángel Romero Injured, Out for Year
Monday, August 30th, 2038
The season is apparently over for Ángel Romero. The Calgary Lynx medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 4-5 months with a torn rotator cuff. Romero was hurt in the game against Scranton while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season.

So far in 19 appearances this season, Romero has recorded 3 wins and sustained 5 losses. He has pitched 79.2 innings, yielded 88 hits, fanned 37 and has a 4.18 ERA.
