Bando Wins PAAA Honor Monday, August 9th, 2038 At the age of 27, Mitsuhide Bando might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Texas first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .588 batting average. For his efforts Bando collected the USPL Triple A Player of the Week Award. He racked up 10 hits in 17 at-bats, no home runs and 3 RBIs last week in 4 games. For the season, Bando is hitting at a .302 clip with 4 home runs, 30 RBIs and has scored 23 runs. He has 65 hits, 7 walks and a .330 on-base percentage. |
