3L Presents Outstanding Pitcher Award Sunday, October 31st, 2038 Nolan Howard walked away with the top pitching honors in the Menard's Third League this year. The Echo Park Lakers starter was named the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for 2038 earlier today. This outstanding 26-year-old hurler fashioned a fine 11-6 won-lost record in 23 starts. He threw 163.1 innings, giving up 152 hits and 43 walks and holding opponents to a .240 average. Howard struck out 158 and posted a 3.36 ERA. Paul Haines of the Buckhead Bowties finished second in voting, while Gustavo Tobías of the Ft. Worth Cattlemen finished third. |
