Rocketeers Rodríguez Hanging up His Spikes Friday, July 9th, 2038 Arturo Rodríguez said he's incredibly grateful for getting a chance to play with the Seattle Rocketeers organization, but this season will be his last. "I'm extremely loyal to the team, but that's why I have to walk away. I think there's probably someone younger and better who can come in and take my spot," the 36-year-old said. "I'm grateful for all the opportunities I've gotten in pro ball." Rodríguez currently has a career .227 batting average with 150 hits, good for 26 home runs, 88 RBIs and 105 runs. |
