Avery Top SL Rookie in 2038 Sunday, October 31st, 2038 The top-rated rookie for 2038 in the United States Silver League has been selected and the honor went to D.C. first baseman Alex Avery. It was a season to remember for the 23-year-old Divided newcomer. He wrapped up his first year with a .267 batting average, 17 doubles, 2 triples and 12 home runs. Avery also had 47 RBIs and scored 43 times. Esteban León of the Las Vegas Flamingos finished second in voting, while Joe Mueller of the St. Louis Coeur finished third. |
