Vibes Shelley to Miss Year Tuesday, August 17th, 2038 The season is finished for Erwin Shelley of the Rocky Mountain Vibes. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Vibes starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Galesburg Guzzlers. Team doctors said it would take at least 8-9 months to heal. On the season Shelley has a 0-7 record with a 9.07 ERA. |
