Season Over for John O'Reilly in Walla Walla

The season is ending on a bad note for John O'Reilly, reliever for the Walla Walla Walleye. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. O'Reilly was hurt against the Galesburg Guzzlers while throwing a pitch. He suffered an arthritic elbow and will be out for at least 4 months.

Season-to-date, O'Reilly has rung up 2 saves in 15 relief appearances. He has 25 strikeouts and 10 walks in 23.1 innings while registering a 5.01 ERA and a 0-2 won-lost record.
