3A Player of the Week Trophy Presented Monday, August 9th, 2038 Tim Tate seems to put youthful exuberance into every pitch he throws and last week he threw up numbers that even the oldest of veterans would look at with envy. That's why the 22-year-old hurler was chosen the M3L Single A Player of the Week Award. Tate notched 2 wins for the Kennesaw Jets. He finished the week with 10 strikeouts and an ERA of 1.32 while holding the opposition to a .200 average. This year Tate has compiled a 10-4 mark with a 2.24 ERA in 18 starts. |
