River Rats Penn Smacks 6 Hits Thursday, July 1st, 2038 William Penn had an answer for everything the Louisiana Dragoons threw at him today at Columbia Stadium. The Columbia center fielder went 6-for-7 in the game to put his name in the record book and put the River Rats on top, 7-6. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Penn said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." William Penn singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th, walked in the 10th, singled in the 12th and tripled in the 14th.
