Roth's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback
Wednesday, October 6th, 2038
Bradley Roth's return to the Boston Patriots has been delayed. The 31-year-old reliever has been in treatment for a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and was responding well until he suffered sharp pains during a light workout. Upon examination by team doctors they reported that there had been further damage and Roth will not be back as originally diagnosed. He will now be out at least 3-4 months.

Taking a look at this year, Bradley Roth has made 9 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 4-0 won-lost mark and a 2.76 ERA. In pitching 16.1 innings, he has totaled 19 strikeouts and 4 walks.
