Chicago's Randolph Sidelined for Season Monday, September 6th, 2038 The season is finished for Alvin Randolph of the Chicago Silver Sox. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Silver Sox reliever suffered a herniated disc while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Boston Patriots. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 weeks to heal. Checking out his season stats to date, Randolph has 2 saves in 29 relief appearances with a 0-1 record and 2.89 ERA. |
