Baxter Lifts Dirty Reds to 7-1 Win
The San Mateo Dirty Reds topped the Buffalo White Walkers by the score of 7-1, with the biggest share of the credit going to right fielder Kevin Baxter. Baxter was 4 for 4 with a home run and 3 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Dirty Reds on the day. Matt Digby recorded his 5th save for San Mateo. San Mateo currently is in third place in the Silver League at 39-34.

Baxter came through with some timely hitting for San Mateo. With the score 1-0 in the top of the fourth and two down, Baxter hit a 1-1 fastball for a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season made it 3-0, San Mateo.
