Smythe Helps White Walkers Run Win Streak to 4
The Buffalo White Walkers defeated the D.C. Divided, 8-5, in United States Silver League action at Beyond the Wall, with Buffalo center fielder Tom Smythe named player of the game. Kent Good got the win, improving to 5-4. He held the Divided to 3 earned runs on 6 hits over 5.1 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 5. Woodward Haberdash closed it out for his 16th save.

With Buffalo leading 3-2 in the bottom of the third, Smythe came up to bat against D.C. pitcher Hengkie Iriawan. Smythe hit a fastball to left for a 2-run home run. His 12th home run of the season put the White Walkers on top, 5-2.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Buffalo manager Chris Lau.
