Skipworth, 32, put on a dominant performance at Chase Field today, leading the Grey Wolves to victory, 2-1, in a pivotal Game . Vancouver used the timely hitting of Michael Malloy to capture the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Grey Wolves on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but he made it count.

"We haven't stopped playing," Phoenix manager Michael Esposito said. "We didn't get this far to give up."
