Sarkar, Evergreens Sink White Walkers Again in Game
Portland designated hitter Syed Sarkar was the key at Evergreen Park today, being named player of the game as he powered the Evergreens to victory in a critical Game of the Round 1. The Evergreens took the 4-1 win over the Buffalo White Walkers to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.

Sarkar had a consequential at-bat in the bottom of the fourth for the Evergreens. Coming up with a runner on 1st and Portland trailing 1-0, he hit a 2-run home run.

Sarkar called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
