Victory Over Thunder Hawks Takes Mercer Island to 57-25
Brevyn Spann-Ford was instrumental in his team's 7-4 triumph over the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks. The shortstop was 3-4 with 3 singles for the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles. William Bruce picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-1. He struck out 3 in 5 innings. Mercer Island has an impressive 57-25 record.

Early in the game, catcher Corey Ollerton had a 3-run home run for Mercer Island. It was his 11th home run of the season and put the Screaming Eagles on top, 3-0.
