The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles and Minnesota Loons were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at Mercer Island Grounds.

The Minnesota Loons relied on the hitting of center fielder Cameron Woolever to stop the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, 11-8. For the game, Woolever went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Tekoa Kinsinger got credit for the save for Minnesota. It was his 8th of the year.

Minnesota used the clutch hitting of Igme Samson to capture the win. The third baseman drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to give the Loons the lead, 4-1. For the game, Samson had 1 single and 1 double in 3 at-bats.
