The Gibtown Elephants got a superb performance from pitcher Ki-tong Teoh. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Canonniers de Quebec. The Canonniers de Quebec won the game, 2-1. In spite of the loss, Teoh was named the player of the game. He threw 6 innings of 5-hit ball. Alberto López picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-4. Ramón Vázquez was tagged with the loss. The second-place Canonniers de Quebec have won 4 straight.
