Elephants Come Back Late to Top Snowpeople
The Gibtown Elephants picked up a win at The Igloo, knocking off the Ellesmere Island Snowpeople, 1-0. Starting pitcher Tobin Basch played a key role in the triumph. Gibtown is now 27-43, while Ellesmere Island is 33-37.

A crucial at-bat came with runners on 1st and 2nd and two out in the top of the fifth inning. That's when catcher Dusan Kontic reached on an error by the SS. The Elephants went on to win.

"I had everything working," said Basch.
