Lambert Helps Uruguayans Run Win Streak to 4
|
The Germantown Uruguayans defeated the Amarillo Submarinos, 9-1, at Terriers Ballpark. Germantown second baseman Harley Lambert was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Virgil Dickerson was the winning pitcher. Over 8 innings, he allowed 1 run on 7 hits, with 1 walk and 12 strikeouts.
