The Nashville Outlaws defeated the Las Vegas Flamingos, 7-4, at Nashville Stadium. Nashville left fielder Dale Goodman was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 4 for 4 with a triple, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs. Matthew Fallows got the win, improving to 5-2. He held the Flamingos to 4 earned runs on 6 hits over 6 innings, while striking out 10 and walking 2. Picking up the save was Onson Sweemey, his 6th.

The game hit a turning point in the bottom of the first inning, when the Outlaws were trailing 1-0. Mark Toope delivered a two-out bases-clearing triple for Nashville, catapulting his team into the lead.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Goodman.
