In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.

The Montgomery Biscuits got a good effort from starter Clinton Repetto in defeating the Ladue Rams at Ballpark of Wellsville. The final score was 6-2. The winning pitcher was Repetto, now 2-4. He tossed 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 7.

It could have been a different outcome for Montgomery, had it not been for Rodney McClellan, the 20-year old right fielder . McClellan contributed a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put Montgomery up, 2-0.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Repetto said.

Montgomery is 26-20 and Ladue, with the loss, 31-15.
