Hounds Rally For Late Win Over Rhinos
Hicksville beat Redwood on the strength of starter Glenn Underwood's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a 5-3 win. Hicksville reliever Ostasz Pochuev picked up the win, bumping his record to 1-1. Tyler Gould was collared with the loss. Getting the save was Emilio Linger, his 10th.

Hicksville used the timely hitting of Luther H. Greene to capture the win. The catcher socked a bases-clearing double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Hounds ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was an important one.

Underwood called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."

The Hounds improved to 24-21.
