Biscuits Get One-Run Win at Quebec City
Montgomery right-hander Shem Burkholder made an effective start against the Quebec City Baby Blues at Dylan Park, leading his team to a 4-3 win. Burkholder, the winner, moves to 7-2. He threw 5.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 3 and giving up 1 walk. Montgomery is now 24-20.

Montgomery used the timely hitting of Dana George to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Biscuits ahead, 2-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.
