The Hicksville Hounds topped the Franklin Fire, 6-0, in USSL Rookie action at Hound Pound. The player of the game was Hicksville pitcher and Cumana, Venezuela native José Reyes. Tian-bai Hou picked up the save, his 1st. After today's action, Hicksville sits at 13-14, while Franklin falls to 9-18.

Early in the game, third baseman Shi-yu Ting had a 2-run single for Hicksville. It was his 28th hit of the season and put the Hounds on top, 2-0.
