Interns Rally For Late Win Over Rhinos
Benefiting from Axel Chicote's productive game, the Capital Hill Interns downed the Redwood Rhinos, 5-4. Chicote went 3 for 4 with 3 doubles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Interns. Jung-ho Yi, credited with the win, is now 2-1. He allowed 4 runs on 9 hits in 7.1 innings. John McNeill nailed down his 5th save.

Capital Hill relied on the hitting of Nathan Polkinghorne to pick up the win. The second baseman ripped a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Interns on top, 5-4. For the game, Polkinghorne had 1 triple and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Capital Hill manager Francisco Fernández.

With the win over Redwood, the Interns improved to 17-10.
