Biscuits Fall to .500 After Loss to Baby Blues
The Quebec City Baby Blues and Montgomery Biscuits completed their game despite the rain.

Quebec City got a strong outing from Sylvain Richard as the Baby Blues defeated the Montgomery Biscuits, 4-1, at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. At 11-9, the Baby Blues are currently 4th in the Silver R.

Quebec City used the timely hitting of Elwiin de Meij to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Baby Blues ahead, 3-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was an important one.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," de Meij told reporters after the game.
