Quebec City left fielder Juan Oleastro played a vital role in his team's 6-4 triumph over Hicksville. He went 2 for 5 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Quebec City. Mark Taylor picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. Emilio Linger was tagged with the loss. Quebec City, now 7-4, has gotten their season off to a good start.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with Quebec City trailing 4-3, Oleastro hit a fastball from Emilio Linger for a 3-run home run, giving the Baby Blues the walk-off win.

"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Oleastro.
