Alarcon, Vibes Get 4-1 Win
|
Rodrigo Alarcon never let the Blaze get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Vibes to a 4-1 win. José Martínez picked up the save for Rocky Mountain, his 1st of the year. The Vibes now own a record of 16-9.
Alarcon was in midseason form against the Blaze. He allowed no earned runs on 4 hits and fanned 10 in his 7-inning effort.
"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Alarcon.
