The York Revolution faced a tough opponent in South Beach pitcher Noah Walker, but did just enough to pull out the victory at York Park by a final score of 4-3. Walker went 5.1 innings and allowed 1 earned run. Jesús Zúñiga locked down his 1st save. With the loss, South Beach falls to 2-4.
One important at-bat came with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the seventh inning. Facing South Beach hurler Brian Duncan, James Strickland, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2033 draft, drew a walk. The Revolution went on to win.
"It was a solid team effort," said Strickland after the game.
